Ceremony
We offer 3 beautiful ceremony locations. The rustic barn, the desirable Hiwassee/Ocoee riverfront, and mountain views under the large old trees.
Other events
We offer events outside of weddings. We have birthday and office parties, showers, workshops, and more. Please contact us through our website for more information.
Reception
We have the spacious rustic barn or anywhere else on the farm you find fitting. Rent a tent and have your reception by the river, there are several options to choose from for your celebration.
Extras
We have tables, benches, chairs, and a share shed that has decorations for you to use for your wedding day. We have a mini fridge and food warmers you will have access to as well. This is all included in our price.
Bridal suite
We offer a quaint, cozy cottage for the bride and her bride maids to relax and get ready for the special day.
Photography Locations
There are so many picturesque spots on the farm. We have old silos, lush fields, charming old trees, the riverfront, mountains views, and many more.
If you’re a local photographer please contact us if interested in using our venue for your clients.
-Price
We charge $2000 for just the wedding day OR $2500 to reserve a rehearsal day (day before if available) & wedding day.
This includes the barn, our beautiful venue grounds, and all our “extras” mentioned above.
-Alcohol
We do require the wedding party to provide alcohol liability insurance. ( we can help you set this up )
-guests information
We have a 125 maximum complicity.
-Air conditioner/heating
We do not have air conditioner but we do have several large fans to keep air flowing. We have floor standing heaters that can be placed throughout the barn to keep guest warm in the cooler months.
-wedding day
You get 12 hours for your wedding day. For example if you arrive at 8 am, send off must be 8pm. We do allot 1 hour afterward for clean up. So everything would need to be cleaned by 9pm.
The latest send off is 10 pm ( You will have 1 hour, till 11pm to clean up ). We have neighbors so to be respectful we have a 10pm cut off.
No vehicles are allowed to stay over night.
-music/dj
Most weddings use a bluetooth speaker.
We do have electricity at the river if needed for hookup.
*As mentioned before we do have close neighbors so we ask to keep the music at a reasonable level.
-Decorations
We offer round tables, chairs, wooden tables and benches, decorations, benches for the ceremony, and much more. We have a share shed of decorations you are welcome to use.
*We do NOT allow real candles.
-Animals
We don’t allow outside animals on the farm. ( there may be exceptions )
